While studying at the Secondary School of Music, I often heard the phrase spoken by my Professor Irena Rolanowska:

Since 1968, Chopin Summer Festivals have been organized at the private property of George Sand in Nohant. Chopin was a frequent visitor in Nohant in the years 1839-1846. The theme of the festival oscillates around the composer and writer's works. The program consists of numerous meetings, concerts, lectures and conferences.
Artur Rubinstein was once asked:
- Master, why do you play Chopin Etudes so slowly?
The famous Argentinian pianist Martha Argerich often ate tomato and onion salad as a child.
